Did you ever just feel like screaming at the top of your lungs while sitting in a meeting and then turning to the person next to you and punching him hard in the face because he is sitting in the seat you have been sitting in for every meeting for the past ten years? No? Then maybe it’s just me. I hate newbies. I hate when they try to fit in immediately before getting the lay of the land. I hate their stupid lame-ass jokes and their answers for everything, even though they weren’t asked for an opinion. Assheads, plain and simple, assheads. I know that being “the new guy” happens to everyone. Keep a low profile, and your mouth shut and figure out early in the game that if you sit in my seat one more time, I will seriously shove you in the vault and weld the doors shut.
