Lately, I’ve been feeling as though I need to improve my memory and improve overall brain function. I found Lumosity. I normally don’t play games on a computer…okay, I love JigZone, but I don’t really consider that a game, although I know it is. Anyway, Lumosity makes me feel like I am playing a game with an ulterior motive – brain improvement. Let’s face it, we could all use some more brain power.

Hi! It’s awesome that you’re getting your brain in shape, it’s a really important part of our overall health.
I work with another program called Happy Neuron (www.happy-neuron.com) that you should check out. It’s got a lot of fun games that work all five of your main brain functions as well, and has free games on the site too, so it’s easy to give it a test run.
It’s also got a virtual coach that will compare your scores to others and suggest games to play to work your weaker areas – it’s like a personal trainer, but for your brain (and a heck of a lot cheaper, haha!).
Good luck whipping your brain into shape!

Have you even tried Lumosity Ashley? I actually tried both programs and recommend Lumosity over Happy Neuron any day.
